Frédéric Boucly specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and companies in financial distress. He is particularly involved in acquisition transactions and their assets, Distressed M&A and insolvency proceedings, private equity transactions, structured finance, drafting and negotiating complex commercial and industrial contracts. He also advises companies and their managers in complex litigation relating to these transactions.
Frédéric Boucly began his career as a lawyer in the corporate and M&A teams of Berlioz Conseil and UGGC (1991-1994). He developed his skills in M&A, banking and financial law and business litigation with Francis Meyrier and Luc Rentmeesters (1994-1997). In 1998, he joined the Banking Finance and Global Restructuring departments of Allen & Overy, which he left in 2004 to found Tolomei Avocats. He joined KGA Avocats in 2016 and then founded Spring Legal in 2017.
