Taking fully into account the specificities of public action, in particular in economic matters, he offers his clients, whether public or private, pragmatic and operational advice. He also assists them in the pre-litigation or litigation phase. In this respect, he regularly appears before the administrative courts and regulatory authorities.
He also teaches at the Institut de Sciences Politiques de Paris, the University of Paris Dauphine and the Institut Catholique de Paris. He also provides professional training.
Before joining Spring Legal, Nicolas Sfez worked for law firms at the Conseil d’Etat and the Cour de Cassation.
