Karine Riahi is specialized in intellectual property law. Her practice areas cover legal techniques related to the production and management of intellectual creations, and their economic environment.
The cases she handles involve all the actors of the creative process, Karine Riahi accompanies film and audiovisual production companies, talents, and media, up to video game publishers, web content, virtual reality content, and transmedia programs.
At a time when creation meets technology, Karine Riahi has developed a cross-disciplinary approach to digital and data issues and deals with personal data, connected objects and home automation. She provides advice as well as litigation and mediation services.
Karine Riahi quickly created her first law firm in 1994, then joined KGA in 2008 to develop the IP/IT department, which she left to found SPRING LEGAL.
